Process Design and Analysis Laboratory (B7)
The Process Design and Analysis laboratory is attached to the Department of SSIE at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton. The laboratory is being supported by the Integrated Electronics Engineering Center (IEEC) attached to SUNY at Binghamton. Dr. C. R. Emerson, the Chairman of the Department SSIE is in-charge of all the equipment and the research projects currently underway in the laboratory.
The laboratory contains a complete set of equipment for process development and research in the surface mount assembly domain. This laboratory is expected to be expanded into a full fledged surface mount assembly research facility. The equipment in this laboratory will be complemented by other analytical equipment present at various departments in campus. The various equipment present in the Process Design and Analysis laboratory can be categorized into Process and Analytical equipment.
